Statistical regularity of physical chemist aspect in export honeys

Abstract
To guarantee the quality of the honey of bees, for the human consumption, they are evaluated a group of variables: The Humidity, the Sugars (Reducers and Non reducers), the Hidroximetilfurfural (HMF), the Diastasa, the Color, the insoluble Solids and the Acidity. Was defined the concept of statistical Regularity and statistical Pattern. To characterize the regularities of the Process of Control of the Quality of the export honeys (2500 samples) in the period 2007 - 2013, starting from the relative data to the tests of Quality carried out in these to identify their characteristics (regularities) according to procedure described in the consulted literature. They are related the main conclusions and/or Regularities, among those that can be mentioned:
- The samples of Origin prevailed Polifloral to be the most abundant (73,7%).
- 54% of the samples was classified as clear extra Amber (ELA) and 22% as clear Amber (THE).
- At least a sample unfulfilled the values settled down by the norm for the parameter humidity in March and in the period July - December, this is not outstanding.
- When evaluating the Diastasa, honeys were detected aged in October and December.
